以前の記事でもご紹介した NOOKS FOODS(ヌークスフーズ)ですが、今回はこちらの「ハニーメープルナッツ」をご紹介します。
可能な限りオーガニックな材料を使用し、着色料や保存料を一切使用していないというのは以前の記事でも紹介した通り。

ナッツに関して言えば、ローストを高温で短時間で行うとローコストだが、ナッツの香りやフレーバーが飛んでしまうそうで、そこでナッツごとに焙煎時間を変えたり、その日の湿度や温度ごとでローストの加減も変えるというこだわりよう。

NOOKS FOODS which was introduced in our previous article, sells “honey maple nuts”.
