今回は秋田県産のお米が手のひらサイズになっている、お土産にピッタリサイズの商品をご紹介します。

その名も「NIPPON RICE (ニッポンライス)」。洗わずに炊ける無洗米で、計量いらずの一合パックです。

そして美味しさ長持ちの真空パックという主婦には嬉しい商品です。

今回、胚芽米の「あきたこまち」とちょっと聞きなれない「スノーパール」を試食してみましたが、胚芽米の「あきたこまち」は玄米のような味わいでありつつ、玄米とは違って柔らかく、しかも炊く際にコツいらずでさっぱりとして食べやすかったです。これはごま塩のおむすびにしたらすごく合う！お米だと思います。

「スノーパール」は炊いた時にお米がキラキラとして本当に美味しそうに炊き上がりました。そしてほんのり甘みがあり、もちもちとした餅米のような粘り気のあるとても美味しいお米でした。

コンパクトなサイズで、パッケージもとても可愛らしいので秋田土産としてオススメの商品です。

個人的には非常食として持っておくのも良いし、キャンプに持っていっても便利だなと思います。
