オリーブオイルはビタミンE、ポリフェノール、オレイン酸、リノレン酸という抗酸化作用をもたらす栄養が豊富に入っており、美容や健康にとてもいいものとされております。

今回はIO(イオ）とSURAT(スラット）というオリーブオイルをご紹介します。

ブラックのスタイリッシュなボトルのIO（イオ）というオリーブオイルですが、スペインの250ヘクタールという広大な敷地に植えられたオリーブのうち、たった5％という良質なオリーブのみが使用され、そのオリーブ一つ一つが手摘みで収穫されて、しかも3時間以内に搾油されて出来るそう。

また酸度は0.1という世界でも数えるほどという、まさにエキストラヴァージンオリーブオイルの逸品。

筆者も生で飲んでみましたが、癖がなくフルーティーでフレッシュなお味で、毎日健康の為に難なく飲めそうでした。喉にも良く、デトックス効果も期待できるそうです。

もう一方のSURAT（スラット）というオリーブオイルもスペインの農園で樹齢200年以上の古木でとれたオリーブを使用し、徹底的な生産管理のもと、こちらも酸度0.1％を実現しているそう。

IO(イオ）と比べて風味がしっかりしていてるものの、癖なくフルーティーな味わいです。

2本とも油を抽出するための化学溶剤など一切使用していないので、小さい子供でも安心していただける商品です。

クリスマスディナーでのサラダに使用したり、そのままパンにつけて食べたりと色々と味の幅を広げてくれるので、これからの時期おすすめの商品です。

【Extra virgin olive oil IO, SURAT】
Olive oil is rich in vitamin E, polyphenols, oleic acid and linolenic acid that have antioxidant effects, and is very good for beauty and health.
This time we will introduce two kinds of olive oil, called IO and SURAT.
IO, in a stylish black bottle, is made of the fine-quality olives which are only 5% of the olives planted on a large area of 250 hectares in Spain. They are picked one by one by hand and pressed oil within 3 hours.
In addition, olive oil with 0.1 acidity is only a few in the world, a speciality of extra virgin olive oil.
I tasted it. It has a fruity and fresh taste with no haze, would be able to drink daily for health. It is also good for the throat, and detox effect can be expected.
The other called SURAT uses olives taken from old trees aged over 200 years on a farm in Spain. They also carry out 0.1% of acidity under intensive production control.
Although its flavor is firm compared to IO, it has a mild and fruity taste.
As neither of them uses chemical solvents to extract oil, they are safe for kids.
They are my recommendation for the coming season as it will be useful for any type of meals such as salads at Christmas dinners, or dipping breads in it.
They would be good gifts for health-conscious people and gourmets.
