「とらや」といえば言わずと知れた和菓子の名店ですが、御殿場では最近はカフェ形式で和菓子を味わえる「とらや工房」が有名ですね。ただし、「とらや」御殿場店の歴史は意外と古く昭和55年から営業しているそうです。

さて、その御殿場では主力工場があるせいかさまざまな御殿場限定商品を販売しているようです。

今回ご紹介するのは御殿場限定商品の季節の羊羹「四季の富士　秋」です。
包丁を入れると、夕焼けを背にした雄大な富士山が現れます。

「なんて粋なことをしてくれるんだ、とらやさん」と言ってしまいたくなるような素敵な富士山は形をくずして口に入れるのをためらってしまうほど。

お味は言わずもがな。ぜひ自分用として、あるいは贈答用にいかがでしょうか？
富士山ですので、外国の方は喜ばれるでしょうね。

ただし、11月末までの販売なので急いでくださいね。

【Toraya Gotemba Shop: Limited Seasonal Sweet Beans Jelly “Shiki-no-fuji Aki”】
“Toraya” is a well-known Japanese-style traditional confectionery store. “Toraya Kobo,” the cafe-style place in Gotemba has been famous recently where they serve Japanese sweets. However, “Toraya” the Gotenba shop has a long history and has been in business since 1975.
The Gotemba shop sells various Gotenba-limited products because there is a main factory.
What I show you today, is a Gotemba-limited, seasonal sweet beans jelly, “Shiki-no-fuji Aki”.
When the jelly is sliced, the magnificent Mt. Fuji with the sunset behind appears.
You would have to be impressed and say, “What a neat thing you did.” This Mt. Fuji is too beautiful to break and put it in the mouth.
The taste doesn’t need to be described because it’s obviously amazing. How would you like it for a gift or for yourself?
Since it is Mt. Fuji, people from foreign countries would rather love it.
But it is sold until the end of November. Don’t be too late!
