今まではウェディング用のギフトとしてネットでしか買えなかったOCEAN &TERRE SWEETS のお菓子がこの度初めて恵比寿三越の実店舗で買えるようになりました。

OCEAN & TERRE SWEETS は栃木県那須塩原市の〈愛月堂〉の和菓子の技術から生まれたスイーツブランドで、今回はこちらの「バウムクーヘン」をご紹介します。

綺麗な年輪が出たこちらのバウムクーヘンは、卵の味の濃いしっとりとしたケーキで、まわりにコーティングされた砂糖の歯ごたえと甘さがアクセントになってとても美味しくいただけるバウムクーヘンでした。

素材の味を楽しめるシンプルな味で甘さも控えめなので、あともう一口…などと言って食べすぎてしまいそうな感じです。

値段もお手頃なので、ちょっとした手土産として重宝しそうです。

恵比寿三越にある店舗の他、オンラインショップでも購入可能です。

OCEAN & TERRE SWEETS‘ products were on sale only for the wedding gifts on their website.
Now, they are finally available at Ebisu Mitsukoshi store.

OCEAN & TERRE SWEETS is a confectionery brand developed based on the Japanese confectionery technique of “Aigetsudo” in Nasushiobara City, Tochigi Prefecture. We introduce their “Baumkuchen”.

The Baumkuchen with the beautiful pattern created like the rings of a tree, is a moist cake with a rich taste of eggs. Sweet sugar coated around the cake is crispy and matches with it.

You can enjoy the soft, original taste of the ingredients, and it’s light on the sugar. So you might wanna eat endless…

It’s reasonable and practical for a souvenir.
