Shironeko Coffee which was opened in 2013 by the owner who acquired the roasting skills on his own, selects only high-quality raw beans, and sells mainly the dark roast beans without acidity.

Besides beans, drip back, iced coffee liquid, and gift items have also been sold. A package with a cute illustration of the cat will make a delightful gift.

Their product “Cafe au lait base” is a sugar free cafe au lait liquid concentration made from Kuroneko blend which is their original blend with “Kenya dark roast”. You can make a cup of authentic cafe au lait with four to six fold dilution of this liquid.

It can be enjoyed either hot and cold, you can make about 12 cups of cafe au lait with this bottle.

Dark roast beans has its good bitter taste and it will be very pleasing to coffee lovers.
