信玄餅でおなじみ桔梗屋より、「桔梗信玄　餅どら」をご紹介します。

こちらは、しっとりと焼き上げたどら焼きの皮にきな粉餅とつぶし餡をサンドしたどら焼きです。

餡は少なめで、どら焼きの中に入ったきな粉餅がもちっとしていて、とろっとしていて、初めてのどら焼きの食感。

桔梗屋の焼印も可愛く、濃いめの緑茶と頂きたいお菓子です。

パッケージも可愛らしく、信玄餅のどら焼きなんて知らない方も多いと思うので、ちょっとした話のネタに、あとはばらまき系お土産にも良さそうですね。

Today, we would like to introduce “Kikyou Shingen Mochidora” from Kikyoya, familiar with Shingen Mochi.

This is a dorayaki wrapped with kinako mochi and mashed bean paste in a moist baked dorayaki skin.

A small amount of bean paste and the chewy and springy kinako mochi inside the dorayaki is the texture you have never experienced with ordinery dorayaki.

This would go well with a strong green tea.
