今回は、長野の美味しいデザートワインをご紹介したいと思います。
まずは、五一(ごいち)ワインの「氷菓の雫 白」。
五一ワインは、信州塩尻桔梗ヶ原にある創業1911年のワイナリーで、「氷菓の雫 白」は完熟したナイアガラを人工的に氷結させて作ったデザートワインで、ナイアガラの華やかな香りととろみが特徴で、すっきりとした飲み口です。
また日本ワインコンクールで受賞したワインでもあり、自信を持っておすすめできる商品です。
次に、アルプスワインの「氷熟仕込 ナイアガラ」。
アルプスワインも信州塩尻桔梗ヶ原のワイナリーで、良く目にするハウスワインからこだわりのワインまで数多くを生産するいわゆる老舗のワイナリーの一つです。
「氷結仕込 ナイアガラ」は信州塩尻産の完熟ナイアガラ100％使用で、果実を氷結して搾汁し、醸造されたデザートワインです。
コルクを開けた途端にナイアガラのフルーティーな香りが漂い、コクのある飲み口が印象的です。
どちらのワインも、お酒が苦手な女性も飲める甘口のワインですが、口に残らずスッキリしているのが特徴で、どんどん飲めてしまうのでちょっと“アブナイ”ワインです。
女性が一人で贅沢時間を味わいたい時などに、ちょっと高いチーズやおつまみと一緒にゆっくりと味わってもらいたいワインです。
お酒はちょっと苦手で…という女性などに送ったら大変喜ばれるお品物だと思います。

【Nagano Dessert Wine: “Goichi Wine Hyoka no Shizuku White” “Alps Hyoujuku-jikomi (ice matured) Niagara”】
Nagano has tasty dessert wines.
First, Goichi wine “Hyoka no Shizuku White”.
Goichi Wine is a winery in Shinshu Shiojiri Kikyogahara, been around since 1911. “Hyoka no Shizuku White” is a dessert wine made by artificially freezing a ripe Niagara. Gorgeous scent and thickness of Niagara are unique and refreshing.
The wine won an award at the Japan Wine Contest. It is highly recommended.
Next, Alps wine “Alps Hyoujuku-jikomi (ice matured) Niagara”.
Alps wine is also a winery in Shinshu Shiojiri Kikyogahara, one of the long-established wineries that produces a large number of wines from house wines to special wines.
“Ice-ripening Niagara” is a dessert wine made from 100% ripe Niagara from Shinshu Shiojiri. The juice is squeezed after frozen, then brewed.
When the bottle is uncorked, the fruity scent of Niagara hangs in the air, and it tastes rich.
Both wines are sweet wines can be enjoyed by whom don’t drink that much. Just be careful, because it is so refreshing and smooth that you can’t help drinking.
If you want to take your time to savor these wines, do it with a little expensive cheese and snacks and that would make luxury time for you.
