2020年1月に自由ヶ丘にオープンしたばかりのショコラ専門店 LIFE IS PATISSIER(ライフイズパティシエ)から「LEAF CALAMEL(リーフキャラメル)」をご紹介します。
LIFE IS PATISSIER(ライフイズパティシエ)は「サロンドショコラc.c.c」で受賞歴のある太田悠一さんが手がけるお店で、パウンドケーキなどの焼き菓子とショコラを中心に販売されています。
「LEAF CALAMEL(リーフキャラメル)」はキャラメルをチョコでコーティングしたもので、その名の通りリーフのような形と模様がシックでオシャレなチョコ。
苦めのキャラメルにほんのりと塩味もきいていて、コーティングしているチョコとすごく合っておいしい！
キャラメルのサクサクとした食感も面白く、コーヒーといただきましたが、ちょっとした時間が贅沢なおやつ時間に様変わりしました。
甘ったるいのが苦手…といった男性も好きなはず。

“LEAF CALAMEL” is a product from LIFE IS PATISSIER, a chocolate specialty store that just opened in Jiyugaoka in January 2020.
LIFE IS PATISSIER is a shop run by Yuichi Ota, who has won the award for “Salon de Chocolat c.c.c”, and sells mainly baked sweets such as pound cake and chocolate.
LEAF CALAMEL is a caramel coated with chocolate, and as the name suggests, a leaf-like shape and pattern are stylish.
The bitter caramel with a bit of salt goes very well with the coated chocolate!
You can enjoy the crispy texture of the caramel and have a quality time with a cup of coffee.
Those who don’t really like sweetness should be able to like it.
Recommended as a gift for Valentine’s day.
