福島県の西白河郡の可愛いお菓子屋さん「さじ洋菓子店」より、美味しくて可愛いプレートタブレット型のチョコレートをご紹介します。

現在製造のみで、取り扱い店舗は北青山のSHOZO COFFEE STOREなど数店舗で取り扱っているようです。

さじ洋菓子店さんのInstagram を見ても分かるように、透明感のある可愛らしいパッケージが特徴的でどれを見ても美味しそう！

今回ご紹介する「chocolat Plateau(ショコラ・プラトー)」はヘーゼルナッツがのった薄型のプレート状のチョコレート。

ごろっとしたヘーゼルナッツの食感とチョコのカカオの芳ばしい甘さがとてもマッチして、コーヒーのおともにぴったりのチョコレートです。

甘さも控えめなので、コーヒーベースなどのボトルなどと一緒にプレゼントしてもいいかもしれません。

「父の日」にはぴったりのギフトになりそうですね。

Fukushima: sazie yogashiten “chocolat Plateau”

Delicious and cute chocolate tablets were created by “sazie yogashiten”, the cute confectionery in Nishishirakawa District, Fukushima Prefecture.

Currently, they only do productions but don’t have their own store. Their products are sold at several different stores including SHOZO COFFEE STORE in Kita-Aoyama.

As you can see from the Instagram of sazie yogashiten, every tasty product is packed in a cute and transparent bag.

“chocolat Plateau” is a thin chocolate tablet topped with hazelnuts.

The texture of the chunky hazelnuts and the savory sweetness of the cacao match very well.

It is not too sweet so that it goes really good with coffee.

Giving this product with coffee will make a perfect gift for “Father’s Day”.
