Lovely icing cookies are products of Tokachi sweets atelier KANON. They produce additive-free confectionery using wheet, butter, and eggs from Tokachi and beet sugar from Hokkaido.

The first thing you will notice after a bite of cookies is the rich taste in butter.

Since the icing part is thin, you won’t feel the strong sweetness of sugar that is very common in normal one. You will feel the gentle sweetness after savoring a tasty cookie part, this is not like a feeling from ordinery icing cookies.

The secret of deliciousness is ingredients from Tokachi including wheat, butter, milk and eggs, also the subsidiary ingredients such as honey and cream. Or it may be attributed to their spirit, making sweets with fine ingredients only after they confirm quality of them by visiting production sites.

The cookies use safe ingredients also they are tasty. But what’s fascinating is their cute appearance. It’s highly recommended as a souvenir.
