福岡 三日月 「クロワッサン」

現在福岡で人気だという、三日月のクロワッサンをご紹介します。
こちら三日月のクロワッサンは天然酵母で作られており色々な味があるのが特徴的です。
今回試してみたのは「ココア」「メープル」「抹茶」の3種類。
「ココア」は生地にココアを練り込みホワイトチョコを包んだ甘いクロワッサンで誰でも好きな味！
「メープル」は表面にカナダ産の高級メープルシロップをふんだんに塗ってあり、優しい甘さがちょうど良く甘すぎるのが苦手な人にもオススメです。
そして「抹茶」は期間限定の商品で、生地には抹茶が練りこまれており、ホワイトチョコ入りなのでお菓子感覚で食べられる甘いクロワッサンです。
どのクロワッサンも、何層にも織り込まれた生地からバターの味と香りが溶け出し、それぞれの味の素材とのバランスもよく、どれも美味しく頂けました。
オーブントースターで2〜3分温めた後に3分ほど冷ましてからいただくとより一層クロワッサンのパリパリやバターの香りを感じられて美味しく頂けます。
一つ一つ個別に包装してあるので高級感もあり、ギフトボックスもあるので手みやげやお土産として最適です。

【Fukuoka Mikadukiya: Croissant】
Croissant from Mikadukiya is currently hot-selling in Fukuoka.
This croissant is made of natural yeast and has a variety of tastes.
We’re gonna introduce three kinds of flavors in this article: “cocoa” “maple” and “matcha”.
“Cocoa” is a sweet croissant made by kneading cocoa into the dough and wrapping white chocolate in it.
“Maple” is the one coated with plenty of high-quality Canadian maple syrup on the surface. It is recommended even for those who don’t like sweets so much.
“Matcha” is a limited edition. The dough is mixed with matcha, and white chocolates in it. This sweet croissant is like a confectionery.
You can enjoy the taste and aroma of butter melting in layers of the dough. All flavors are delicious.
Warm a croissant in a toaster oven for 2 to 3 minutes and then cool it for 3 minutes. It’ll make the croissant crispy and smell gorgeous.
