今回は、香港や台湾のお土産としておすすめしたい、京都念慈庵(NIN JIOM)「ソフトキャンディ」をご紹介したいと思います。
京都念慈庵の京都とは北京を表す言葉で、こちらは香港・台湾で親しまれている喉薬の漢方薬メーカーになるそうです。
日本でも民間療法によく使われているビワの葉の抽出エキスが使用されており、いかにも効きそうな感じですよね？
こちらのキャンディは喉にいいという事で、香港の歌手がみな使っていると言われるほど有名な喉飴なんだそう。
実際食べてみると、ハーブたっぷり感があり、柔らかくて大人のキャラメルといったおもむき。
ハーブたっぷりといっても苦味を感じる訳でもなく、個人的には好きな味。
風邪の時や花粉症でなぜか喉がイガイガしちゃう時期に持っていたら、とても心強い喉飴です。
