長野・白馬 スローフーズ白馬「ほしりんご」

以前もご紹介しているスローフーズ白馬から今回は「ほしりんご」をご紹介します。
以前もご紹介した通り 、スローフーズ白馬は長野県産の野菜や果物を乾燥したり、加工品を販売している工房です。
干すことで、栄養やうまみをギュッと閉じ込められるそうで、こちらの「ほしりんご」もりんごの美味しさが十分に感じられました。
しっかりとした食感のドライフルーツで、噛めば噛むほどりんごの甘みがでてきます。
噛みごたえがあるので、2、3個食べると結構な満足感！
優しい甘みなので、おやつとして子どもにぜひ食べさせたいと思いました。
ヨーグルトにのせたり、シリアルに砕いて入れたりアレンジも色々楽しめそうです！
大人も子供も喜ぶおやつなので、様々な年代の方に喜ばれそうなお品物です。
