長崎県西海市(さいかいし)にあるお菓子屋さん、村の菓子工房 から「やさいのカリカリ」をご紹介します。
こちら 村の菓子工房 さんは 素朴で体と心に優しい焼き菓子を作っているお菓子屋さんで、今回ご紹介する 「やさいのカリカリ」も卵・乳製品・小麦粉・白砂糖は不使用、ノンフライという子供はもちろん、大人にも嬉しいおやつです。
しかも、地元長崎県産のお野菜を使用しているそう。
そんな、「やさいのカリカリ」は袋を開けた途端に野菜のにおいがふわっと漂ってきて食欲が刺激されます。
特にごぼうは強いにおいがしましたが、子供にあげた途端にわき目もふらずに一気に食べちゃって、お母さんは一口も食べられませんでした…
他の玉ねぎ、ほうれん草を味見してみましたが、優しい甘みの中にふわっとくる野菜の味とまさにカリカリとした食感がたまらない、止まらないお菓子でした。

【Nagasaki Mura no Kashikobo: “Yasai no Karikari” (Vegetables Non-Fried Snack)】
“Yasai no Karikari(Vegetables Non-Fried Snack)“ is the product of Mura no Kashikobo, the snack shop in Saikai City, Nagasaki.
The shop is a pastry shop that makes baked sweets that are easy on the body and mind. The “Yasai no Karikari” does not use eggs, dairy products, flour or white sugar, and is non-fried. Not only for children, but also for adults, this snack is pleasant.
They use vegetables from Nagasaki prefecture for this product.
The smell of vegetables makes you hungry as soon as you open the bag.
The burdock one has a strong smell, but still my children loved it.
The tastes of the other flavors, the onions and spinach have a sweet taste of vegetables and the crunchy texture.
