軽井沢・東京 SAWAMURA 「パウンドケーキ」

以前の記事でもご紹介したベーカリー&レストラン沢村ですが、今回はSAWAMURA からとびきり美味しいパウンドケーキをご紹介します。
日頃の生活が煮詰まってしまったり、息抜きがしたい時などにSAWAMURA のカフェやレストランを利用したりするのですが、パンが美味しいのはもちろん、スイーツ系もとても美味しく、ちょっとした手土産としてちょうど良いものがあるのでそんな時にも訪れたりします。
前回行った時に見つけたこちらの「パウンドケーキ」ですが、種類は３種類あり「焦がしバターのパウンドケーキ」「あんずとジャスミンのパウンドケーキ」「マロン・オ・ショコラ」の３つ。
「焦がしバターのパウンドケーキ」はバターがしっかり感じる食べ応えあるパウンドケーキで、バター好きの私にはたまらない味でした。
そして「あんずとジャスミンのパウンドケーキ」は甘さ控えめなさっぱりと感じるパウンドケーキですが、あんずとジャスミン茶の香りがもの凄く爽やかで、しかも素材そのものの美味しい味をじっくり堪能できる本当に美味しいパウンドケーキです。
こちらは食べたみんなが絶賛でした！
「マロン・オ・ショコラ」ですが、チョコとマロンの甘さがクセになる味で、コーヒーはもちろんワインやブランデーなんかと一緒に食べても絶対合うはずです。
どのパウンドケーキもパサパサなんて言葉は生まれてこのかた知りませんといった風情のしっとりさで、どれも美味しい！
材料がシンプルで余計な添加物などが入っていない所も嬉しいポイントです。
ちょっとした手土産に迷っている方がいればぜひ。
ホワイトデーのギフトや移動が多い春の時期の手土産としても、誰にでも喜ばれるお菓子です。

The bakery & restaurant SAWAMURA, introduced in our previous article, offers exquisite pound cakes.
People visit SAWAMURA’s cafe and restaurant to refresh, take a break with thier tasty breads and sweets, and get their products for a gift as well.
The “Pound Cakes” include three flavors: “Browned Butter”, “Anzu(=apricot) and Jasmine”, and “Marron(=chestnut) au Chocolat”.
Browned Butter Pound Cake is a filling pound cake that has a rich taste of the butter. It is irresistible if you like butter used goods.
Anzu and Jasmine Pound Cake is less sweet and refreshing with a scent of apricot and jasmine tea. You can also enjoy the original taste of the ingredients.
Everyone will love it!
Marron au Chocolat uses chocolate and chestnuts which are sweet and addictive. This should definitely go well with coffee, wine and brandy.
All the cakes are so moist and taste good!
It is also great that they use simple ingredients but unnecessary additives.
If you are looking for a small present, this goods are recommended.
It will be an excellent gift for White Day and housewarming.
